Thank you for purchasing a new robotic massage chair from Restin. We hold ourselves to high standards and are confident that you’ll be satisfied with what you purchased. However, we are all about providing you with options and excellent customer service. If you are dissatisfied with your Product or want to exchange for a different Product, please review our 100-Day Trial Policy and Trade-In Policy (below). PLEASE NOTE THAT BOTH THE 100-DAY TRIAL POLICY AND OUR TRADE-IN POLICY APPLY ONLY TO ORIGINAL PURCHASERS OF GENUINE RESTIN PRODUCTS WHO PURCHASED THEIR PRODUCT(S) DIRECTLY FROM OUR WEBSITE, RESTIN.CO, OR FROM A MEMBER OF OUR SALES TEAM. PLEASE RETAIN YOUR PURCHASE RECEIPT SO THAT YOU CAN PRESENT IT TO US IF NECESSARY. IN ADDITION, PLEASE NOTE THAT BOTH THE 100-DAY TRIAL POLICY AND TRADE-IN POLICY APPLY ONLY IF THE PRODUCT IN QUESTION IS IN THE UNITED STATES AT THE TIME YOU WISH TO RETURN IT.
If within the first 100 days of enjoying your new Restin massage chair you’re not completely satisfied, for any reason, you may return it for a full refund.
Restin will pickup your massage chair and cover the related charges; however, because we cannot handle international shipping and logistical expenses, your massage chair must be in the continental United States at the time you wish to take advantage of the 100-Day Trial Policy.
Please note that, in all cases, the original receipt showing proof of purchase AND the original packaging may be required to take advantage of the 100-Day Trial Policy.
This policy is limited to one return per household per year, and it must be exercised directly with Restin no later than the 100th day following delivery of the Product for which you want a refund.
As noted above, our 100-Day Trial Policy only applies to original purchasers of genuine Restin Products who purchased their Product(s) directly from the website at Restin.co or by calling our direct sales line. Our 100-Day Trial Policy only applies to individual consumers who have purchased Restin products. The 100-Day Trial Policy does not apply to organizations, businesses, or other entities that purchase Restin products for use in a commercial setting.
The 100-Day Trial Policy does not apply to purchasers of Restin Products from any unauthorized sources. The 100-Day Trial Policy applies only to customers who purchase from our Site, restinwebsite.wpengine.com, or directly from a member of our sales team. The 100-Day Trial Policy thus only applies during the period in which the Product is owned and controlled by the original purchaser of that Product. PLEASE RETAIN YOUR PURCHASE RECEIPT SO THAT YOU CAN PRESENT IT TO US IF NECESSARY. PLEASE ALSO RETAIN ALL ORIGINAL PACKAGING TO QUALIFY FOR THE 100-DAY TRIAL POLICY.
Please note that the 100-Day Trial Policy may be voided under the following circumstances:
Restin will accept Products returned under our 100-Day Trial Policy showing signs of normal use. However, we will not accept Products that have damage caused by or resulting from circumstances or uses that go beyond ordinary, intended maintenance and uses of a massage chair. Nor will we accept Products that are broken or no longer in working order.
In addition, the 100-Day Trial Policy does not cover Products with conditions resulting from abusive handling, misuse or neglect. Accordingly, we will not accepts Products with damage resulting from the following: (a) improper installation by consumer; (b) unauthorized repairs; (c) alterations or modifications from the original condition; (d) improper use of electrical/power supply, loss of power, or damage from electrical disturbances and power surges; (e) transportation damage; and (f) exposure to environmental conditions.
We are confident you will love your Product, but we also know that you may want to upgrade your massage chair in the future. To help make future upgrades easier and more affordable, we offer the best Trade-In Policy in the industry.
Restin offers a lifetime Trade-In Option, which allows customers to exchange a Product purchased directly through our Site or a member of our sales teams towards an upgrade at any time. To qualify for a trade-in, you must (a) be the original purchaser and the current owner of the Restin massage chair (the “Product”) for which you are seeking a trade-in, and (b) have purchased it directly from the website at RESTIN.CO or over the phone with a member of our sales team. ADDITIONALLY, YOU MUST HAVE YOUR ORIGINAL PURCHASE RECEIPT TO QUALIFY FOR A TRADE-IN.
If you meet the criteria above and want to trade-in your old massage chair for a new one, we will ship you your new Product and remove your old Product upon delivery. The old Product will be inspected upon returning to our warehouse, at which point we will determine the value of your exchange. Depending on the age and condition of the exchanged Product, a credit of up to 50% will be applied towards the purchase price of your new Product.
Restin has complete and total discretion in determining the amount credited for the Product you exchange. Furthermore, you may be responsible for the shipping and handling fees associated with your exchange.
