We stand behind our massage chairs. The terms of our Consumer Limited Warranty (the “Warranty”) are as follows:
Restin products are backed by limited warranties against defects in materials and workmanship. This Warranty is not transferable and covers you only if you (a) are the original purchaser and the current owner of the Restin massage chair (the “Product”) for which you are seeking recourse under the warranty and (b) purchased it directly from the website at RESTIN.CO or over the phone with a member of our sales team. The Limited Warranty thus only applies during the period in which the massage chair is owned and controlled by the original purchaser of the massage chair. PLEASE RETAIN YOUR PURCHASE RECEIPT SO THAT YOU CAN PRESENT IT TO US IF NECESSARY.
In addition, because we cannot handle international shipping and logistics expenses, your massage chair must be in the United States at the time you wish to take advantage of the Warranty.
This Warranty is limited to material defects resulting from defective parts, materials or workmanship in the Product you have purchased. The warranty period varies based on the Restin Product you purchased and type of problem or defect. The specific details are as follows:
It is important to note that the Limited Warranty will only apply to defects that arise or appear in circumstances in which you have handled, maintained, and used the Product only for its intended purpose and have not subjected it to conditions likely to cause deterioration or damage beyond normal wear.
If you are the original purchaser of the Product and it is still covered by our Limited Warranty (see above), we will repair or replace the defective Product or defective component(s) of the Product. In the case of a manufacturing defect in a component of part of the Product, such as the back pad, we may elect to repair or replace the part or component rather than replace the entire massage chair, and we reserve sole and complete discretion over that election. If we elect to replace the Product or component, we will replace it with the model, version, color, or style available at the time of replacement, which may be different in certain respects than the original. If you wish to replace a defective Product with a more expensive Product, you may be required to pay the difference in price between the original Product and the more expensive Product.
For In-Home Service, Restin will arrange for all covered parts deemed necessary to be sent to the consumer and an authorized service provider to repair the product at the customer’s residence at no charge to the customer. During Parts Warranty coverage we will provide parts at no cost; however, you will be responsible for any and all shipping, duties and brokerage fees. Structure warranty is limited to the wooden frame and/or welded parts of the frame for the product. If a replacement is issued under the Parts or Structure warranty period, consumer is responsible for shipping, duties and brokerage fees related to the replacement.
Any repair or replacement will not extend the period of the limited warranty, nor will it constitute the beginning of a new limited warranty period. In the event you choose not to accept a replacement offered by Restin, we will no longer responsible for making repairs under this warranty.
This Warranty does not cover changes to your massage chair that are caused by or result from normal wear and use. Nor do we cover changes caused by or resulting from circumstances or uses that go beyond ordinary, intended maintenance and uses of a massage chair. If you have questions about proper maintenance and use of your massage chair, please see the instruction manual or contact us at email@example.com. Failure to follow the operating instructions provided with your massage chair may void this warranty.
In addition, this Warranty does not cover conditions resulting from abusive handling, misuse, or neglect. Accordingly, we will not cover and loss or damage resulting from the following: (a) improper installation by consumer; (b) unauthorized repairs; (c) alterations or modifications from the original condition; (d) improper use of electrical/power supply, loss of power, or damage from electrical disturbances and power surges; (e) transportation damage; and (f) exposure to environmental conditions. Also, please note that any damage incurred due to shipping and handling does not constitute a defect under this warranty.
RESTIN MAKES NO MEDICAL OR HEALTH CLAIMS REGARDING ITS MASSAGE CHAIRS. Allergies, discomfort, or other conditions, are not covered under this Warranty. Any questions or concerns regarding medical or health conditions should be addressed by a licensed physician.
All warranty service requires approval and authorization by Restin. To make a claim under this Warranty, please send: 1) a brief written description (and photo, if possible) of the problem or condition that your belief constitutes a defect; and 2) proof of purchase (such as your order number or original dates sales receipt) to Restin at firstname.lastname@example.org.

The Terms covered in this Section are for our Standard Consumer Limited Warranties. We do offer Commercial Warranties for customers who wish to purchase our chairs for use in a commercial setting. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, BEYOND THOSE SET FORTH IN THIS WARRANTY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR USE. WE DISCLAIM ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS, EXPRESS, STATUTORY AND IMPLIED. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES THAT EXTEND BEYOND THE FACE OF THIS DOCUMENT.
IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY DIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF, BASED ON, OR RESULTING FROM YOUR OR ANY THIRD PARTY’S PURCHASE AND/OR USE OF THE PRODUCT, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. THESE LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS APPLY WITHOUT REGARD TO WHETHER THE DAMAGES ARISE FROM (1) BREACH OF CONTRACT, (2) BREACH OF WARRANTY, (3) NEGLIGENCE, OR (4) ANY OTHER CAUSE OF ACTION, TO THE EXTENT SUCH EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS ARE NOT PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. IN NO CASE SHALL RESTIN’S LIABILITY EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE PAID FOR THE MASSAGE CHAIR GIVING RISE TO ANY SUCH LIABILITY.
