نحن في ريست إن (RestIn) نمنح مستخدمينا وضيوفنا وملاكنا التحكم الكامل والمباشر في بياناتهم الشخصية. يمكنك في أي وقت طلب حذف حسابك وكافة سجلاتك ومعلوماتك الشخصية نهائياً من أنظمتنا عبر إحدى الطرق الموضحة أدناه:
الطريقة الأولى: الحذف الفوري المباشر من داخل التطبيق (iOS / Android)
افتح تطبيق ريست إن (RestIn Guest أو RestIn Business) على هاتفك > انتقل إلى تبويب الملف الشخصي (Profile) > اختر الإعدادات (Settings) > اضغط على خيار حذف الحساب (Delete Account) > قم بتأكيد الطلب برمز التحقق (OTP) وسيتم إغلاق الحساب وجدولة محو كافة البيانات تلقائياً.
الطريقة الثانية: إرسال طلب حذف رسمي لفريق الدعم
إذا قمت بحذف التطبيق أو تعذر عليك الدخول، يمكنك إرسال طلب حذف حسابك مباشرة عبر البريد الإلكتروني المعتمد الخاص بالحساب إلى: support@restin.co مع ذكر رقم الجوال المسجل.
الاسم، رقم الهاتف، البريد الإلكتروني، وثائق الهوية، الصور والمرفقات، العناوين المفضلة، وسجلات الحساب. يُستثنى من ذلك فقط سجلات الفواتير والعمليات المحاسبية التي تفرض الأنظمة الضريبية والمالية السعودية في هيئة الزكاة والضريبة والجمارك (ZATCA) الاحتفاظ بها للأغراض النظامية والرقابية.

Option 1: Instant In-App Deletion (iOS & Android)
Open your RestIn mobile app (Guest App or Business App) > navigate to Profile > tap Settings > select Delete Account > confirm with your SMS verification code (OTP). Your account will be closed immediately and data scheduled for permanent purging.
Option 2: Direct Support Deletion Request via Email
If you have uninstalled the application or cannot access your device, submit a formal deletion request from your registered email address to support@restin.co including your registered phone number.
Full name, verified phone number, email address, national identity records, user-uploaded photographs, and account preferences. Note that transactional invoice histories required by Saudi Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA) regulations are retained exclusively for mandatory legal audit periods.
